2. Are there any prerequisites for joining the classes?

No prior experience is necessary to join TENOVAREX. Our instructors ensure a welcoming environment for beginners and provide advanced training for seasoned athletes.

3. What should I wear to class?

Comfort and safety are paramount at TENOVAREX. We recommend snug, stretchy clothing that covers your legs and arms. Avoid zippers or jewelry that could snag.

4. How can I register for classes?

5. What is the cancellation policy?

Classes at TENOVAREX can be canceled up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior will incur a small fee.
